We'll download and install a copy of the BugTrack software in
this step.
- Download the current version of BugTrack from
http://www.agstools.com/bugtrack/index.html

Open and extract the bt-2.9.tar.gz file into a subdirectory
at the root of your hard disk drive. This is a snap with WinZip or
WinRar. If you don't have one or the other of these utilities, you
really should get one. But if you have some other equally suitable
decompression utility that can read .tar.gz files, go for it.

That installs the BugTrack software. We'll come back to the
installed files shortly to make some modifications, but first
you'll need to create a Sql Server database to store the BugTrack
data.
